The 21st meeting of International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals (“Skal International”) Baku club was held on the 14th of June. He also noted that, the Tourism industry plays an important role in developing the economy of Azerbaijan through creating jobs in over 20 different fields of the sector.

According to Mr. Yesildag, “Skal Baku” has 34 members, 23 of whom are active. The other 11 members are considered Young Skal. He also mentioned that in the future, Skal clubs will open in other regions of Azerbaijan as well.

I was especially moved by the objection statement made by Skal Turkey in regards to the recent terror acts that took place in the country. The representatives of the association made it clear that terror cannot break their spirit and that they will always be by the side of the Turkish people and government”.

Mr. Alper Joshqun also talked about the acts of terror that had happened in Turkey and that the persons responsible for them, will be brought to justice sooner or later.
